These Terms of Use define the boundary between website information and a commercial commitment. They are intentionally clear: the website can help you decide whether IBDCP deserves a formal assessment, but production rights, service levels, licensing, regulated responsibilities and implementation obligations arise only from the applicable written agreements.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the public Blockcontrol / IBDCP website operated by Dean Rakic / Blockcontrol, Landhausstr. 63B, 70190 Stuttgart, Germany. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Separate platforms, accounts, pilots, APIs, wallets and commercial deployments may be governed by additional or different terms.
2. Executive assessment is a decision tool, not a commitment
The “Assess Your Business Case” flow is designed to clarify the problem, architecture fit, potential proof path and next commercial step. Submission does not require Blockcontrol to accept a project and does not oblige the submitter to purchase services.
3. No investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice
Website content is provided for technology, architecture and business-evaluation purposes. Nothing on the site constitutes legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, a securities prospectus, an offer to sell or solicitation to buy a financial instrument, or a guarantee of financial return.
Real-world asset, financial, healthcare, identity and other regulated deployments may require licensed providers, professional advisers, jurisdiction-specific classification and formal approvals.
4. What IBDCP does — and what it does not replace
IBDCP is positioned as a trust, custody, verification and interoperability layer. It can bind business events to identity, authority, policy, source evidence and verifiable state transitions. It does not by itself make an organisation legally compliant, replace licensed custody/KYC/AML/valuation/payment providers, determine tax treatment, or cure insecure endpoint and cloud configuration.
Production deployment therefore combines protocol controls with application security, operational controls, contractual governance and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
5. Acceptable use
You may browse the site, evaluate its content, contact Blockcontrol and use public information for legitimate business purposes. You must not use the site to:
- break applicable law, infringe rights or misrepresent affiliation with Blockcontrol;
- upload or transmit malicious code, abusive automation, credentials, private keys or unlawful content;
- attempt unauthorised access, denial-of-service, credential attacks or security bypass;
- scrape or reproduce substantial protected content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or database rights;
- submit false, deceptive or intentionally harmful information through the business-case workflow.
6. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website design, IBDCP architecture descriptions, text, diagrams, code, trademarks, logos, documentation and related materials are owned by or licensed to Blockcontrol and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence to Blockcontrol intellectual property is granted except the limited right to access and use the website for its intended purpose.
Any commercial, source-code, protocol, integration, validation, licensing or white-label rights must be agreed in writing.
7. External sites and built-case links
The website may link to the IBDCP Wallet, eKarton.io, aicrm_ibdcp, RWAT, Bedora, partners or other external services. Links are provided to demonstrate deployments or provide context. Separate sites may have their own terms, availability, privacy rules, security policies and regulatory responsibilities. Blockcontrol does not make unrelated third-party content part of these Terms merely by linking to it.
8. Security testing and responsible disclosure
Do not conduct intrusive vulnerability scanning, exploitation, denial-of-service testing or access-control bypass against Blockcontrol infrastructure without prior written authorisation. Good-faith security observations can be reported through the verified Security contact route, delivered server-side to security@ibdcp.blockcontrol.com.
9. Availability and change
Public website content and demonstration deployments may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Features shown in a prototype, pilot or case study are not a guarantee that the same feature, provider, jurisdiction or integration is available in every production deployment.
10. Information and warranties
Blockcontrol aims to keep website information accurate and useful, but architecture descriptions, regulatory summaries, roadmaps, demonstrations and case-study material may evolve. To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided without a guarantee that every statement is complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for a particular regulated use.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law and any separate written agreement, Blockcontrol is not responsible for decisions made solely from public website content, indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the public site, or failures caused by third-party infrastructure outside Blockcontrol’s control.
12. Specific commercial and platform agreements take priority
If you enter into a pilot, licence, implementation, support, wallet, RWAT, healthcare, AI/CRM, API or other platform agreement, that written agreement governs the relevant service and prevails over these general website Terms to the extent of any conflict.
13. Governing law, mandatory rights and contact
Unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these website Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer, data-protection or other statutory rights remain unaffected.
Legal enquiries use the verified Legal contact route, delivered server-side to legal@ibdcp.blockcontrol.com.
